All Products
If your product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will correct the error at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Incorrect products are defined as products:
Which are broken or damaged upon delivery
Where the customization choices on the order were not followed (e.g. you chose the sitting position for a Cuddle Clone but the Cuddle Clone was made standing)
The spelling on the sewn-in label was incorrect due to our error
Where the product itself is defective (e.g. a split seam) 

Plush Products
If you are unsatisfied with your plush product for any reason, we will offer you a full refund, less the cost of the return shipping and any added rush delivery fees. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a refund. This applies to the following products:
Plush Cuddle Clones
Plush Golf Club Headcovers
Plush Slippers

Non-Plush Products
We are not able to offer refunds or returns for the following products:
All Pet Print Items (mugs, blankets, socks, pajamas, etc.)
Accessories (collars, face masks, etc.)
Rush Delivery Fees
Gift Cards
Plush products that have undergone corrections

How do I pick the right size Pajamas?

Our custom Cuddle Clones are handmade with only the highest quality premium plush materials, perfect for hugging and cuddling!

We will look into hundreds of synthetic fabrics to find the most suitable ones for your pet. The most commonly used plush materials are high-quality polyester and acrylic fabrics. 

We also utilize water-based airbrushing techniques to create unique color effects. All materials and parts used to make Cuddle Clones are upheld to the strictest safety measures.

What materials are your plush items made of?

We absolutely understand wanting to get to your Cuddle Cuddle sooner and that’s why we offer rush manufacturing. This will bump your Cuddle Clone order to the top of the queue to give it priority! Please note, we only offer Rush service for Plush products

For new orders:
Please select the rush at checkout, we offer 6 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks.

Post order Rush:

If you want to add rush to your order, firstly please ensure that you are logged in to your customer account on the website here: Account - Cuddle Clones. Once logged in, click on the following link and follow the instructions on the screen:

In case the link does not work for you, we can also send you a PayPal payment request instead. For this option, please email us at info@cuddleclones.com with 'add rush' as the subject

Do you offer a rush service?

At this time, we can only print one pet per item.

If ordering a set of pajamas, the same pet will be printed on both items.

However, if you order the top and bottoms separately, you can attach a different photo to each item

Can I have more than one pet printed on to my PJ's

International shipping is calculated at checkout and does not include any potential customs fees or taxes. Duties and import taxes from the courier may apply upon the arrival of your order.
