What do I get to customize?Updated a year ago
Depending on your pet and what animal they are, you get to choose the following options: body position, mouth position, ear positions, eye colors, and tail position.
However, you can also request special positions for the parts mentioned above in case the one you want is not listed on our website. Just include this in the characteristics section when placing your order and we’ll make it happen free of charge.
If for some reason we can’t duplicate the custom position we will contact you to tell you so and see if you’d like to proceed with another option.
If your order was already placed and you'd like to request a special position or even change one of the customization options you selected like the eye color or body position, please contact us.
