Remakes & Corrections

Plush products are eligible to be sent back for corrections if you are unsatisfied and have a list of detailed changes to be made.

What is a remake?

Our artists try hard to craft our plush products to resemble your pet as closely as possible, but occasionally the end result misses the mark. When this happens, we offer customers a remake to get it just right. We want your plush to exceed your expectations, so you can send it back to us and we will make sure any issues are corrected.

What can be changed?

When you send your plush back to us for a remake, we can address almost everything. This includes the color of the fur, the length of the fur, the width of the snout, the position of the eyes or nose, the thickness of the legs or chest, and more. No matter what the issue is, our skilled artists can update your plush to better fit your pet.

What can't be changed?

While we try to accommodate most changes requested during a remake, we cannot honor a remake for options that were chosen during the ordering process unless a mistake was made by our artists. For example, we cannot offer a remake to change the color of the eyes, the position of the mouth, the position of the ears, the position of the plush itself, or the position of the tail as these were all chosen at the time the order was placed.

Note: Plush products are eligible for a refund or a remake. Once corrections have been made, the item is no longer eligible for a refund. If you are interested in a refund instead of a remake, click here.

Complete the form below within 30 days of delivery to initiate a remake of your plush product. After you've submitted the form, we will process your remake and contact you with the next steps. Remake requests are processed once per week and take about 6 weeks to be completed.

Tips for Success

  • Be as specific as possible when listing changes. For example, instead of saying "make the fur longer and darker" say "make the fur 1 inch longer and 2 shades darker."
  • If possible, add new photos of your pet that show the specific areas that need correction.
